Taking Payment

Bikocartridges.com use processing gateways as PayPal accounts for all online transactions.

Bikocartridges.com do not store credit card details or share any credit card information with third parties.

We take payment from your card after we receive your order. Goods are sold subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. You will then have the option to continue with your order for delivery at a later date or cancel your order and receive a full refund where you have already paid for the goods.

Placing an Order

After you place an order, we reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site.

It is company policy not to ship to PO boxes or virtual offices. There is a requirement for all shipping address to have a verified address.

Liability

Our total liability shall be limited to the price paid for the item which incurred the liability, except in the case of personal injury.

Order Confirmation

Once payment has been received Bikocartridges.com will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email (the order confirmation email) to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. This acceptance by Bikocartridges.com of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

Stock Availability

The web site is updated regularly with regard to Stock Availability. Whilst every effort is made to show the correct availability of stock, the stock availability shown on the web site is an indication of the availability at the time of the last update and does not constitute confirmation of stock availability at time of order. Bikocartridges.com is entitled to withdraw from any contract that cannot be fulfilled due to discontinuation or lack of stock. 

Shipping, Handling, Customs and VAT

The price you see advertised on the website is inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Returns Procedure

Order Cancellation

You must inform us in writing at customerservice@ bikocartridges.com quoting your order number. We will then supply you with a returns authorisation number. We will ask you to either return the goods to us or we will arrange a collection – whichever is most convenient. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

Faulty Goods

If you are experiencing problems with your ink cartridges purchased on this website it may be possible to resolve your problem by taking the following actions:

INK LEVEL SHOWING AS LOW OR EMPTY: When you install your cartridge you should be presented with an option similar to ‘Do you want to install a new cartridge?’, You should always select ‘yes’ as this resets the ink level that is read from the cartridge ‘chip’. If you haven’t done this on initial installation, remove the cartridge and then re-install using the correct method.

CARTRIDGE NOT PRINTING / PRINTING FAINTLY: If the cartridges are not printing at all, firstly ensure you have removed the protective tape from the cartridge itself. We suggest you use the clean printheads function included with your printers’ software; this can often remove any ‘dried in’ ink on the cartridge. Once you have run the clean printheads function, print a ‘nozzle check’ test print and you should see a test pattern for each of the different coloured ink in your cartridge, this obviously differs by cartridge type i.e. black, tri-colour or photo-cartridge. If any of these are faint or missing, repeat the clean printheads function and print a further ‘nozzle check’. If after the second process any are still faint or missing we can assume the cartridge is faulty.

If after taking the above action, the cartridge is still not working and you are sure the fault is not linked to the printer itself, and you have your original order number, you can request a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact info@bikocartridges.com quoting your order number.

We will then supply you with a returns authorisation number. You must return the goods to us immediately using Royal Mail Special Delivery, quoting the returns authorisation number and your order number. Once received back into our warehouse we will test your cartridge, if it is established that the cartridge is faulty, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your carriage costs.

I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?

Firstly, please make sure the product is incorrect. If you believe you have received an incorrect product because your printer is not listed on the box, this may not be the case. Each cartridge type is often used in many different printers. As the printer manufacturers frequently release new printer models, we can often have stock where the packaging does not contain the latest model list.

You can check that you have the correct cartridges by comparing the cartridge models listed for your printer against a printer listed on the box using the information on our website, if the cartridge model numbers match you have received the correct cartridges.

Important: If you are still in doubt, please contact us on 02084329925 or customerservice@ bikocartridges.com BEFORE opening the product packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any product where the packaging has been opened.

If you are sure that the product is incorrect you will need to request and obtain a returns authorisation number (RMA). You can do this by contacting us by the following email address: customerservice@ bikocartridges.com

Please include your order number in the subject of the email, along with an explanation of why you want to return the product.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us in writing within 3 working days to customerservice@ bikocartridges.com . We will then supply you with a returns authorisation number. Please return the goods to us immediately using Royal Mail Special Delivery, quoting the returns authorisation number and your order number. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your carriage costs.

Delivery Information

Delivery Methods

There are several delivery options available when you order online at Bikocartridges.com but please note that The options available to you will be clear when you place your order online.

Shop Collection : order and pay online and collect your purchase from your Bikocartridges.com store. This option is free and is ideal if you need your printing supplies immediately. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours before collecting. If required sooner, please contact the store in question direct. 

Next Day Delivery : order and pay online and your Bikocartridges.com will deliver your purchases direct to your door the next working day. There is a small charge for this delivery option.

Postal Delivery: order and pay online and your purchases will be posted to you from Bikocartridges.com store by Royal Mail post. Please allow up to 3-5 working days. The prices payable for goods as set out in the web site are inclusive of VAT and shipping/handling costs. We do not charge for deliveries within Mainland UK.

Courier Next Day Delivery: for larger orders, we may need to courier the items to you. The prices payable for goods as set out in the web site are inclusive of VAT and shipping/handling costs. We do not charge for deliveries within Mainland UK.

Non-UK Deliveries

Bikocartridges.com will accept orders for deliveries outside of Mainland UK. European deliveries cost £15.99 +VAT per order, with delivery speed varying on country.

Please note larger orders and items may incur additional charges, which we will contact you about once the order has been placed. If you'd rather not pay the charges no problem! We'll cancel it without an issue.

Not from the EU? We can't help you! Cartridges are region locked so will not work, but thanks for checking us out.

Prices

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
