Placing an order
By placing an order you make an offer to buy the goods. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation / dispatch email. We may decline an order (for example if an item is out of stock or mispriced).
Prices and payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct but reserve the right to correct errors.
Compatible & remanufactured products
Many items are compatible or remanufactured alternatives and are not manufactured by the original printer brand. Brand names and codes are used only to indicate compatibility.
