Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. You then have 14 days to return them. We will refund the price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return).
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within [TO CONFIRM: 30] days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
How to return
Email us at [TO CONFIRM: returns@bikocartridges.com] with your order number and we will provide return instructions. Please keep items in a resaleable condition where possible.
Exclusions
